What's your cancellation policy?

You might incur a fee if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. However, we always make exceptions if something is wrong or if you just need to reschedule. We understand life happens and we're flexible with our customers.

Can you clean historic downtown homes without damaging them?

Yes. Heart-pine floors, plaster walls, and antique fixtures get surface-appropriate products, not one harsh spray for everything. Charleston singles and freedman's cottages are a specialty, piazzas included.

Do you offer handyman services?

What if I'm not home during the cleaning?

No problem! Many of our customers prefer to be out during cleaning. We just need access to your home (key, doorman, etc.) and any special instructions. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're finished.

We plan it before the day: residential parking districts, narrow streets, and carriage-house units down service lanes are all normal for us. Your appointment time goes to cleaning, not circling the block.
